Tips: - This store in Brampton does permanent jewellery. - If your permanent jewellery breaks, this store will re-attach it for free. My short review? I got my permanent bracelet done at the store at Brampton City Centre. It broke hours after I got it. The re-attachment was excellent. On St. Patrick's Day, I was travelling home from the Twin Cities. I had an evil eye permanent bracelet on my right wrist for over a year. I don't know when the bracelet broke and fell off my wrist during this travel day. I just remember looking at my wrist when I was back in Mississauga and not seeing my evil eye bracelet. I got a replacement evil eye bracelet from Swarovski. It was on sale and beautiful. The downside was that it had a two-strand clasp that I had to adjust daily. My first permanent bracelet was from Glam Bar Bazaar (GBB) at CF Polo Park in Winnipeg. I've had it for at least two years and love it. It has never come off my wrist. GBB had an online sale around Ramadan. I saw a small evil eye charm for a permanent bracelet. I normally would have shown up at the store to select my bracelet charm. Instead, I bought it online to take advantage of the sale. Once I got it shipped to me, I headed to this GBB location at Bramalea City Centre to get another permanent bracelet. I parked near entrance 1. GBB is on the second floor. I use this entrance to go up the escalator and hang a right. GBB is on the right side. I was first here last Wednesday after work. I got a nice female staffer. I was the only customer in the store. I let her know that I'd like to get a permanent bracelet and had an evil eye charm with me in a GBB-branded pouch. She helped me select a chain for it. We then headed over to the permanent jewellery section to get it on my permanent bracelet with the evil eye charm on my wrist. It took a while for her to get the evil eye charm attached, as the chain had small links and required a push pin to make a couple of links bigger. She selected rings to attach to the chains. She zapped (soldered) one side. She then fitted the chain around my wrist before soldering the other side. It looked pretty on my wrist. I was pleased. I paid with a credit card. I was in their system, as the credit card that I used brought up my customer record. I left. I shopped. I ate. I left. I headed home. A few hours later, I caught my bracelet fall off my wrist at home. Permanent, huh? Not so much. One of the round rings had opened up. Not good. I waited till after work on Monday to head back to GBB to get my permanent bracelet re-attached. It was almost a carbon copy of my last visit. I parked by entrance 1 and headed back to the store. There were two women getting some jewellery fixed by a different female staffer. They all looked at me at some stage, which was odd. I looked at the jewellery displays as I waited. When they were done, the female staffer said hi and asked how she could help me. I let her know that I had my permanent bracelet done last Wednesday and it broke. I needed her help to have it re-attached. It was reassuring hearing her say that she could fix it. I had it the same small pouch that the evil eye charm came in. She took the bracelet out and went to work fixing it. She didn't like the rings used. She replaced them with smaller ones. She then soldered one ring to the bracelet and charm. She then worked on the second ring before having my bracelet around my wrist in preparation for the soldering. The woman was wonderful. I felt at ease in her capable hands. What I loved was that after she was done soldering, she took both ends around the evil eye bracelet and tugged several times. Permanent. Yes! I thanked her for her time and help to fix my bracelet. She was great. She wished me a great day and to take care. I reciprocated and left, happy to have my bracelet on my wrist again. My permanent bracelet is still on my wrist after it was re-attached. Yay! I still love BGG. It simply depends on who you get when you have permanent jewellery done at this location.

I purchased an evil eye charm when Glam Bar Bazaar had a Ramadan sale. I ordered it online in preparation for getting another permanent bracelet, but at the Brampton location. I had a wonderful experience a couple of years ago at GBB's Winnipeg location at CF Polo Park Mall. I love this evil eye charm. It's small, but pretty. Its size was exactly what I wanted for my permanent bracelet. I've pleased with it. Shipping did take a while to get this evil eye charm to Markham from Winnipeg. It was nice to get it safely in a small GBB pouch.

The best customer service ever (Bramalea City Centre)! I had an inspiration picture so I could get my best friend of 20+ years a cross necklace and she was phenomenal got the EXACT replica of the inspired photo and in the video you can see she loved it. The best place to go to for yourself and for your loved ones. I am going back to get myself some jewelry.

The pendant wouldn’t lay flat and kept flipping upside down. I returned to the store the day after purchasing and asked if I could turn the necklace into a permanent bracelet. The sales associate was so kind and helped me right away, at no extra charge. I’ve had the bracelet on for about two weeks now; it’s great quality! Hasn’t tarnished at all. Still very shiny. Such a cute + dainty piece!
