Summer Bazaar Vendor Application

We are so excited to announce our summer bazaar back to back for 2 weekends, August 17th-18th & 24th-25th at CF Polo Park!

Get ready to shop 80+ vendors at our summer market! Summer Bazaar is open to all local businesses, Makers & retailers. We will host a variety of local businesses at our very own Polo Park mall. We will have a beer gardens & cocktail bar, face painting, 360 Photo Booth, live DJ and more for customers to enjoy!

Our goal at Bazaar markets is to support local and shine some light small businesses, bringing together shoppers to create the ultimate shopping experience.

We have just over 80 vendor spots available which will fill up very quickly.

WHAT: Summer bazaar

We will be selecting approximately 80 vendors for our event which will be set up in the previous GAP store Infront of the escalators. Entry will be $7 and incudes a FREE drink ticket!

Saturday August 17th 12pm-7pm

Sunday August 18th 12pm-6pm

Saturday August 24th 12pm-7pm

Sunday August 25th 12pm-6pm

(previous GAP store across centre escalators)

6x4 Booth space

$150/ Day

These spots are perfect for smaller businesses that don’t need too much space to display their products! These spots are not recommended for booths with sidewalls which will box the booth in. The perfect amount of space for those with smaller displays! Table will not be provided.

8x6 Booth space

$175/ Day

$300/ Per weekend

$550/ Both weekends

These spots will be placed side by side to create more of a typical market vibe! Ideal for sellers with a more open display. These spots are not suitable for those with side walls that box in the booth. Backdrops however are totally fine. Table will not be provided.

10X10 Booth space

$250/ Day

$450/ Per weekend

$800/ Both weekends

These will be in a highly visible area. Ideal for bigger set ups or those wanting a more "store" feel! Please note these spots are very limited. Tables not provided.

All spots are non refundable

YOU WILL BE CONTACTED 3-5 DAYS AFTER APPLYING REGARDING ACCEPTANCE! Payment via E-transfer or PayPal.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Applications close: August 10th

Load in & set up: Load in and set up will be the morning of, which ever day you have selected. If you will be participating the entire weekend, you can leave your set up over night. Doors will be locked overnight.
